Office of the Controller of Examinations

The Office of the Controller of Examinations is the principal custodian of examination records of the University of Baltistan, Skardu. The Office provides quality services in the context of examinations and assessments to the students, the faculty, and the university leadership. Ensuring transparency, integrity, secrecy, and quality assessment service are the core mandates of the Office. Within the framework of the HEC and under the guidelines of the Charter of the University of Baltistan, Skardu, the office develops rules, policies, and procedures related to its core functions and implements them accordingly. The core functions of the Office include the provision of leadership in the context of examinations and assessment, conduction of Mid-Term, Final-Term and thesis examinations, compilation and declaration of results, developing lists of roll of honors, preparation of final transcripts and Degrees as well as arranging the convocation.

Through the use of the Campus Management System (CMS), the Office provides timely support and responses to the queries on a regular and immediate basis.

The office has a core team of highly competent professionals who are involved in the quality assessment service with great zeal and zest.

Currently, Dr. Ishtiaq Hussain Mondoq is the Controller of Examination of the University of Baltistan, Skardu.
