Dr. Nusrat Hussain got his Ph.D degree in Organic Chemistry from H.E.J. Research Institute of Chemistry, University of Karachi.  He was selected for Talented Young Scientist Program (TYSP) by Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) China. He joined Hunan University of Chinese Medicine, Changsha, Hunan, China for postdoctoral research and stayed there for more than three years. On his returned he joined University of Baltistan, Skardu as an assistant Professor. His research interests are related to isolation and characterization of bioactive natural products, structural transformation of natural products and Bio-fabrication of gold and silver nanoparticles. He has published more than 25 research articles in international impact factor journals.
