Following are the Menu and quality parameters for the canteen.

All Dals must be fresh and cleaned

Salt

Only iodized salt is allowed, national/ Shan.
Chinese salt is not allowed

Only branded masala is allowed, such as Fauji, National/Shan etc (ISO Certified)

Water

Water Filter need to be installed for drinking water

Salad

Salad needed to provide with every food


Following are the quality parameters.

All masala must be branded (ISO Certified)

Meat

All meat items must be fresh for burger, samosa and Pakora

Vegetables

All vegetables must be fresh for burger, samosa and Pakora

Chats

All chats must be fresh and clean

Yogurt/Dahi

Yogurt and dahi must be fresh


Keeping in view the above quality parameters provide the rate list for the above food items


Rent:

Rent of canteen Rs. 2500/- per month, including winter and summer Vacations and also Electricity Bill including in canteen rent.

 Rent will be calculated for 12 months per year and will be paid quarterly in advance.

Duration of contract only One year March 2019 to March 2020. 

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Bits form is available at University of Baltistan, Skardu, Anchan Campus.
  2. Participating parties will quote unit rates for the MENU items mentioned in the prescribed proposal /bid documents, which can be available in university. Additional services, facilities and/or set-up should also be mentioned.
  3. Contract for canteen will be initially for a period of one year which can be negotiated/ extended with mutual consent of both parties upon fulfillment of terms and conditions as will be laid down in contract agreement.
  4. Sealed tenders should reach in the accounts section on 05-03-2019 at 11:00 am, which will be opened in the presence of UOBS Canteen Committee members and bidders at 11:30 am on the same date.
  5. The UOBS can cancel any advertisement/proposal at any time.  
  6. The bidder must install Tandoor in Canteen.
  7. All Food items should be prepare / Cook in University Canteen.
  8. The bidder must provide half plate of each Food items on 50% cost of quoted price.
  9. The bidder should quote the price up to maximum price for each given above.
  10. The Canteen Committee can inspect any time and may terminate /price for work of a condition.
