Introduction
The Directorate of Student Affairs at the University of Baltistan, Skardu is committed to fostering a disciplined, respectful, and academically supportive campus environment in line with the University's statutory framework. It oversees the implementation of the University's Code of Conduct, ensuring adherence to institutional policies on discipline, ethical behavior, professional decorum, and civic responsibility, thereby promoting integrity, accountability, and institutional harmony.
The Directorate also provides comprehensive support to students in planning and executing inter, intra, and extracurricular activities, including academic competitions, cultural and recreational programs, seminars, workshops, national day celebrations, sports events, galas and educational visits. It offers guidance on financial, administrative, and logistical requirements to ensure the successful organization of these activities.
In addition, the Directorate addresses student concerns through counseling, appropriate interventions, and, where necessary, parental engagement, fostering a safe, inclusive, and vibrant campus environment. By combining regulatory oversight with proactive support, the Directorate enhances student development, leadership, and holistic engagement, contributing to a dynamic and thriving university community.
